How the Ghana Bamboo Bikes Initiative is Addressing Poverty

A major contributor to Ghana's economy is agriculture, as the country is rich in natural resources, including bamboo. Bernice Dapaah recognized this advantage, so she launched Ghana Bamboo Bikes, an initiative that would not only provide transportation to rural communities but one that would empower women across the country.
